Spam recycler

I don't know if anyone on my friends list reads the Popular Science blog. They had an article up there today about a web application that recycles your spam messages into artwork. All you have to do forward your spam message to spam@spamrecycling.com and they will send you a link to a flash page that will help you create your artwork. I can't really do this justice, so why don't you forward a spam message over there and check it out for yourself.

Finches

These are our birds. They are Zebra Finches. I will try to get some video of them. I love their song. Sometimes they sound like R2-D2 when he is pissed off. The darker one is Oscar and the lighter is Felix. Nefe likes them alot. She thinks that they would be delicious.

Mopes

This is Mopes, he is also Melissa's and is the antithesis of Nefe. His parents are brother and sister and it shows. He is a Flame Point Siamese

The black cat is Neferamun, she is Melissa's cat. She is sleek and graceful.

Call Me!

Hey y'all.

I was checking out Bre Pettis' blog and podcast and website http://www.imakethings.com/ and he mentioned that he had a free voicemail/fax service called K7. It is a Seattle based service that sends your voicemail and/fax to your email account. I want you to call and leave me voicemail. I don't care what it is. What I would like it to be, is randomness. My goal is to take the voicemail sound files and use them as the audio track for upcoming shorts. Send me an email with a script, leave me voicemail with one half of the dialog and have someone else call with the other. Call and rant for 30 seconds about a coworker. Call and see how long you can you can stretch the word "fuck". Burp the Canadian National anthem. I don't care, just call me. Also, if you fax me, I will somehow use your faxed image. If you don't want to pay for a fax call to Seattle, then just scan and email me the image.
